摘要:从固体对水分的吸附出发,分析了SF6设备中水分的形态,对湿度的现场测量进行了分析.测量数据采用统计方法对SF6气体绝缘进行了评价。结果表明,温度对SF6气体湿度测量有很大的影响,应用标准时应将湿度测量数据校正到20℃
