摘要:利用X射线衍射、差热分析和磁性测量分析,研究了准二元化合物MnFeP0.5As0.5-xGex (x=0,0.06,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5)的结构和磁性.实验结果表明,用Ge替代As,化合物MnFeP0.5As0.5-xGex仍保持Fe2P 型结构,居里温度随着Ge含量的增加而上升,可达570K.
