摘要：By adjusting the order of adding oil phase and water phase,it was found that the emulsion prepared by d-phase method was more stable. Compared with the traditional anionic surfactant potassium cetaceanol phosphate,it was found that the sodium subtilis lipopeptide was more efficient.
