摘要：目的 探讨胸腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术的术后早期监护与干预.方法 回顾性分析2006年1月至2010年1月ICU收治的32例胸腹主动脉瘤腔内支架隔绝术患者的临床资料.结果 32例患者在ICU监护期间严密监测循环系统、呼吸系统以及术后出血的情况,做好心理护理、生活护理措施,均救治成功,平稳后转回普通病房治疗.结论 胸腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术为一项较新的技术,手术的成功与否有赖于术后的监护与干预,维护循环系统,呼吸系统的稳定及预防术后出血对患者术后的康复至关重要. Abstract： Objective To explore intensive care after the endovascular exclusion in patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods Thirty-two patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm from Jan.2006 to Jan.2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the period of ICU,with mental and life nursing all the patients were given intensive care in circulation,respiratory and bleeding situation all the patients underwent the operation safely and shifted to ordinary ward. Conclusions The endovascular exclusion in thoracoabdominal aorticaneurysm is a new technique, whether succeed or not depends on intensive care in circulation,respiratory and preventing from bleeding after surgery. It is quite important of patient recovery.
