摘要：目的 探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗宫颈病变的疗效,尤其是息肉样增生,宫颈管内息肉或那氏腺囊肿.方法 对30例宫颈病变患者用宫腔镜电切术切除宫颈病变组织,切除组织均送病理检查.结果 平均手术时间5 min,出血2～10ml,术后阴道出血少,无一例感染和宫颈粘连发生.结论 宫腔镜电切术治疗宫颈病变操作简单,视野清晰,创伤小,恢复快,术后并发症少,疗效满意. Abstract： Objective To evaluate the efficiency of cervical lesions, especially polypoid hyperplasia of cervical camal and cervical polyp and Naboth cyst, treated by hysteroscopic electorsection. Methods Thirty cases of cervical benign lesions were treated by hysteroscopic electorsection to cut cervical lesions which were exammed for pathology. Results Averagely, the procedurre took only 5 minutes and the blood loss was 2-10 ml. Postoperatively, the vagmal bleeding was little and no infection or adhesion of cervical camal occurred. Conclusions Hysteroscopic electorsection for treating cervical lesions has the advantages of easy manipulation clear visual field, little damage to tissue, rapid recovery, little complication and satisfactory effectiveness.
