摘要：目的 观察持续静脉灌注EPOCH方案治疗套细胞淋巴瘤的疗效和不良反应.方法 2007年1月至2009年12月共收治套细胞淋巴瘤患者22例,均可评价疗效及不良反应,所有患者共接受98个周期的EPOCH方案化疗.结果 EPOCH方案对套细胞淋巴瘤患者总有效率为68.2%,其中完全缓解5例(22.7%),部分缓解10例(45.5%).主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和消化道反应,其他少见.结论 采用EPOCH方案持续灌注疗效较好,患者容易耐受,不良反应少,值得进一步研究. Abstract： Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of continuous perfusion EPOCH regimen in the treatment of mental cell lymphoma. Methods All the 22 patients from 2007 to 2009 were treated with 98 cycles of EPOCH and they were assessable. Results The response rate for the whole group was 68.2% with CR 22.7%, PR 45.5%. Major toxicity was myelosuppression and digestive reaction, other toxicities were mild. Conclusions EPOCH is effective for the patients with mental cell lymphoma. Continuous perfusion schedules of several chemotherapeutic agents may partially reverse chemo-resistance and reduce toxicity. Further clinical study is warranted.
