摘要：目的 探讨磁共振血管成像(MRA)对评估2型糖尿病脑血管状况的应用价值.方法 随机选取82例2型糖尿病患者,男49例,女33例,平均年龄(61±6)岁,病程2.5～21年.全部病例均采用Siemens Sonata 1.5T MR扫描仪进行头部MRI及MRA检查.由3位高年资影像科医生对图像结果进行独立判定.结果 本组病例中,MRA脑血管未见明显异常者20例,占24.4%,多数患者病程＜10年;脑血管管腔表现为重度狭窄、闭塞前狭窄或完全闭塞者共计33例,占40.2%,多数患者病程＞10年.病程＜10年与＞10年组间MRA提示正常/异常比率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.05,P＜0.01).结论 MRA可用于2型糖尿病患者合并脑血管病变的筛查,能为临床医生提供较为准确的脑动脉情况信息,指导临床及早干预治疗,减少急性脑血管并发症的发生. Abstract： Objective To Explore the application of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral vascular disease. Methods Randomly selected 82 cases of type 2 diabetes, male 49 cases, female 33 cases, with an average age of (61±6)years, duration of 2.5 to 21 years. All cases were using Siemens Sonata 1.5T MR scanner head MRI and MRA examination. All diagnosis of imaging were conducted independently by three radiologists. Results Twenty cases' MRA imagings showed normal, accounting for 24.4%. Thirty-three cases' MRA imagings showed abnormal, accounting for 40.2%. The difference of normal/abnormal ratio between the two groups of duration below or above 10 years was statistical significance(χ2=12.05, P＜0.01). Conclusions MRA can be used for type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral vascular disease screening. It can provide more accurate information on the situation of the brain arteries for clinicians. It can guide the clinical treatment of early intervention to reduce the occurrence of acute cerebral vascular disease.
