中国通信杂志论文投稿要求：
Ⅰ、正文要求观点鲜明、论据可靠、层次清楚、文字精炼、数据准确。
Ⅱ、投稿后3个月仍未收到编辑部的处理意见者，作者可对稿件作另行处理。
Ⅲ、注释是对文章某一特定内容的解释或说明，其序号为②③……，注释文字与标点应与正文一致，注释置于文尾，参考文献之前。
Ⅳ、参考文献：作者年份制，正文中以（作者，年份）形式置于对应处；详细内容采用文后注形式，中文在前、英文在后，以音序排序，具体著录格式见附件。
Ⅴ、摘要只需简明、准确地概述论文内容即可，不要增加注释和评价性文字，以150-200字为宜。
