摘要：目的 评价三维适形放射治疗局部根治性放疗后复发食管癌的近期疗效.方法 收集17例常规根治性放疗后局部复发再程接受三维适形放疗的食管癌患者的临床资料,总剂量 DT 50 Gy/25次/5周.结果 主要通过食管造影和胸部CT观察近期疗效.3个月有效率82.4%(14/17),6个月有效率76.5%(13/17),1年生存率17.6%(3/17).结论 放疗后复发的食管癌再程治疗采用3D-CRT可取的较好近期疗效,不良反应可耐受,更好的保护正常组织,是姑息性治疗的手段之一. Abstract： Objective To investigate the short term effect of three-dimension conformal radiotherapy in local recrudescent esophageal carcinoma after radical radiotherapy. Methods Seventeen patients with local recrudescent esophageal carcinoma after radical radiotherapy received three-dimension conformal radiotherapy, routine fractionation radiation(2.0 Gy per fraction,one fraction a day, 5 fractions per week) to the total dose of 50 Gy/25 fractions/5 weeks. Results The response rate were 82 4%(14/17),76.5%(13/17)when evaluated by thoracic CT and esophageal photograph since 3,6 months after radiotherapy. The 1-year survival rate was 17.6%(3/17). Conclusions Three-dimension conformal radiotherapy is tolerable, acceptable normal tissue and gives promising results, and in the treatment of local recrudescent esophageal carcinoma.
