摘要:Establishing a Lifelong Learning System to Promote Educational Equity: Experience and Lessons from South Africa South Africa has a two-decade history of developing and implementing qualifications frameworks with the aim of establishing a lifelong learning system to promote equity in education. The article first in-troduces the legislation of South African National Qualifications Framework (NQF); the South African Quali-fications Authority is a statutory body, regulated in terms of the National Qualifications Framework Act to oversee the development and implementation of the NQF.
